Strength training machines
Machines are an excellent and safe way for strength training, particularly for beginners. Our machines include hammer strength and body masters.
A large selection of free weights are available throughout the facility. Free weights suit beginning and advanced fitness routines as besides promoting strength, they benefit stabilizer muscles which help in your every day movements.
An in-house kickboxing gym
Our kickboxing gym includes a ring and large training area with heavy bags, speed bags, double end bags, muay thai bags, maize balls, medicine balls, and stability balls.
Set in front of a spectacular view of downtown Austin, our cardio machines include stairmasters, treadmills, elliptical trainers, cross-trainers, and recumbent bikes. TVs and magazines are near our cardio machines for your enjoyment.
Day-use and permanent lockers are available to gym members.
